High school friends didn’t tell me until many years later why they always wanted to come to my house; it was because they loved my bedroom! 

I always knew I wanted to do something in the field of design, and one day I made a wish. I wanted to decorate someone’s house. An actress friend of my daughters asked me to help her with her new Condo. I worked with contractors, and helped her with flooring, window treatments – everything.  And I loved it.

I found my way to Aegean Designing Whims in 2003, while on her project, and found treasure.  Everyone was so friendly and I decided this was where I wanted to work.

My background is in Theatre Arts, and I have a Certificate in Interior Design and am a Certified Window Coverings Professional.  I love making my client’s home their “soul place and a show place”….beautiful and comfortable.

We worked with what our client had first, and added
the finishing touches for the Rossmoor Woman's Club Holiday Home Tour.

This Master Bedroom had a lot going for it, so we added pillows, and made a new area rug for under the bed. We also set the the scene for a romantic "Breakfast in Bed"

This home was an empty palate.

The home itself is very contemporary, and we wanted to "tone" it down a little, and make it more transitional. The dining room looks out onto the bay so we put the table itself closer to the window so all guests would be able to enjoy the exceptional view
